Overall, the hotel is a great choice for a quiet getaway with excellent service and beautiful surroundings.

The hotel is situated in a serene valley surrounded by majestic mountains and a stunning white water river, offering a perfect retreat for exploring outdoor activities. The rooms, though spacious and equipped with disability-friendly amenities, were somewhat outdated and lacked proper darkening options for quality sleep. The service was exceptional with staff who were incredibly polite and helpful. The dining experience, featuring a satisfying selection of dishes, showcased a beautiful location but could benefit from minor improvements. The location is ideal for a peaceful getaway, only a short drive to the Kanin skiing center and the town of Bovec. While the facilities were adequate, some areas appeared in need of renewal, making them less than ideal.

I had a spacious suite room with a good jacuzzi, but the noise from the road with many speeding motorbikes was quite disturbing. The service was extremely kind and helpful despite our late check-out, offering laundry, ski pass vendor, welcome drink, and pet amenities. The location was nice along the river Soca for outdoor activities but was just next to a noisy main road. The dining experience offered a good selection except for needing more staff to refill the self-service bar. The hotel boasts a great location by the river and provides various guest services.
